Small study says mouth rash may be newest sign of COVID-19 infection

An article from Newsweek states that a new study out of Spain shows a mouth rash known as “enanthem” seen in other viral infections is also seen in COVID-19 patients. The symptom becomes another in a long list of possible signs and symptoms associated with COVID-19 infections in patients. While the study was small, it is an additional insight into the presentation of COVID-19 which will help doctors to more effectively diagnose the disease.
